1)Slitter rewinder: a roll-to-roll machine to slit the jumbo paper into narrow widths.
2)Paper tube winder: a machine for making paper tube with required length, O.D, I.D, wall thickness(including the paper reel stand and the glue unit)
3)Paper tube recutter: a machine to cut the long parent tube into short paper tubes.
4)Paper tube slotter: a machine to slot a gap on the tube end. Normally used to the textile tubes to fix the first yarn when winding the yarn arround the tube.
5)MB-D trimmer: a machine to smooth the ends of tube with high speed rotating chuck. to remove the scarp from the ends normarlly done to textile tubes to prevent the yarn from snagging.
6)Paper tube polisher: a machine to smooth the surface of paper tube.
7)Paper tube rolling machine: a machine to roll one or both ends of paper tube toward inside.
8)The paper reel stand: A stand using to load the slitted paper rolls for applying the ribbons toward the glue unit.The number of paper plies can be up to 50 plies. One part of paper tube winder for paper tube making.
9)The glue unit: Part of paper tube winder for applying the adhesive to the paper ribbons and used scrappers to even the distribution of adhensive.
10)HLC 25-200 latest cut-off head: a part of paper tube winder for cutting the tube indicated by the computer memory edited in advance. The latest cut-off head with high-precise, quick-speed, completely open the cut-off bottleneck of paper tube winder in the domestic market.
